The Taylor Twin Sisters, world renowned novelty roller skaters, appeared in Capital Park ( the name of White City in 1909). The sisters were described as the most remarkable female skaters in the world. Their exhibitions of trick and fancy skating in which grace took on an equal rank with originality and daring made them unequaled in the history of the sport. It appears from the picture that one of their acts featured playing violins while skating.
