John A. Roebling Memorial Park

Trenton Evening Times, November 9, 1956
Hamilton Township Public Library Local History Collection
A November 13, 1956 Trentonian editorial stated, "Officials of the Broad Street Park Civic Association are to be commended on their decision to rename Spring Lake Park the John A. Roebling Memorial Park.  It is, we think, a most fitting addition to what has been recognized as one of the most gigantic civic projects ever undertaken in this area. . . As they did in years gone by, people of all walks of life will enjoy the park and the wildlife preserve which will cover the 77-acre tract in Hamilton Township's White City section."
