This picture was taken at Rusling Hose Company's 58th anniversary dinner at the firehouse at South Broad and Rennie Streets. Pictured left to right are Earl Harris, Mayor Hervey S. Moore, Bowman Harris, J. Allyn Pfleiderer, Chief Richard Bretell, and Christian F. Seiler. Bowman Harris was the last surviving charter member.
