The Rusling Hose Company Ambulance Corps and Rescue Squad was organized in 1950.  Fund drives were conducted by distributing coin cards to all residences in the coverage area.  The cards were designed to hold sixteen quarters.  Approximately four months after distributing the cards, members would return to collect the cards.  Pictured above, preparing to distribute cards are, front row, l to r, Al Grover, Jack Gallant and Leroy Seamon.  Back row, l to r, Frank Buzinski, Captain Lambert Rockafellow, Sinclair Stratton and Frank Cook.
