1920: Moonshiner in BSP

The history of our country is also the history of Broad Street Park. Mr. Katoney was certainly a moonshiner by brewing illegal alcohol. If he smuggled it for sale he would also have been a bootlegger. The term bootlegger comes from the practice of hiding flasks on the legs of sellers, above or under the boot.
