1967: Cleo Passes

Trenton Evening Times, August 24, 1967

I didn't have the opportunity to get to know Cleo.  She was succeeded by a male dalmatian named Pumper.  Pumper carried on the tradition and I'm sure measured up to Cleo.

  1. I remember the day Cleo was killed on South Broad St. right in front of my dad's barber shop, (Frank's Barber Shop). If I remember correctly, some of the firemen came to pick up Cleo in the ambulance, and they were crying because they had lost their beloved friend.
